The first official act in our last Spanish Section meeting was the presentation of the inaugural Excellence Awards to two students of the Spanish minor. Professors Kentengian and Figueroa, having taught two classes to each, presented the awards respectively to Priya Gupta and Katrina Notarmaso. In addition to a certificate, each awardee received a gift card. We are proud of them!!
