These certificate programs are available to matriculated students in addition to their major. This is not a stand-alone certificate program. All classes are offered in person on our Ewing, N.J. campus; there are no online classes.

Each certificate builds students’ Spanish language and intercultural skills and cultural humility so they can interact respectfully and appropriately in Spanish in their chosen professional area.

These certificates equip students with language and intercultural competence to prepare for careers in business, international business, international relations, education, interpreting, and other fields. The certificate consists of three core courses beyond the elementary language sequence, some with a core course specifically for business.
